Ons is altyd liefdevol hier by Nonke Plants, maar ons weet dat somige mense bietjie ‘n hup-stoot nodig het om romanties te wees.  Anna Schier (http://mendotaheights.patch.com/articles/inexpensive-ideas-for-valentines-day-in-the-mendota-heights-area) het vir ons ‘n paar mooi ideës gegee hoe om Valentynsdag spesiaal te maak sonder om die bank te breek.  Anna sê dat Valentynsdag veronderstel is om ‘n fees van liefde te wees, wat eintlik onskatbaar is.  Ons stem saam!

Those of you with children are sure to know the movie, “Over the Hedge”! Did you pause to admire the perfect, lush green hedge and wish that you too could have a hedge of that quality in your garden? Obviously the hedge in the movie is animated, but if you select the correct plants, a neatly clipped hedge is an obtainable dream! Here are 3 suitable hedging plants:

Daar is net een maand oor voor Kersfees!  Ons het reeds ons versierings in die kantoor opgesit en het ‘n paar kergeskenke uitgestuur.  Hoop almal is ook al opgewonde vir die feesviering soos ons hier by Nonke Plants.  Indien ‘n vroë vakansie vir van julle voor lê wil ons net sê: “Geseënde Kersfees, ‘n voorspoedige Nuwe Jaar en dankie vir U ondersteuning in 2011!”
